The Tamil Nadu government announced a major reshuffle of bureaucrats on Sunday.
J. Radhakrishnan has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) , as well as the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Power Generation Corporation Ltd. Alby John Varghese has been named the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Power Generation Corporation Ltd.
Supriya Sahu returned as the Secretary of the Environment, Climate Change, and Forests Department. P. Senthil Kumar has been appointed as the Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department, while C. Samayamoorthy will now serve as the Secretary of the Higher Education Department. B. Chandramohan has been posted as the Secretary of the School Education Department, and Sajjansingh R. Chavan has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Public Department. K. Manivasan will now serve as the Secretary of the Tourism, Culture, and Endowments Department, while Satyabrata Sahoo has been named the Secretary of the Cooperation, Food, and Consumer Protection Department.
Kumar Jayant will take charge as the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department. Brajendra Navnit, the incumbent, has been reassigned as the Secretary of the Information Technology and Digital Services Department. Maheswari Ravikumar has been appointed as the Director of Textiles, while A. Annadurai will assume office as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. Kranti Kumar Pati will take over as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation.
