NEW DELHI: The Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of BRS MLC K Kavitah till June 3.
Kavitha was presented before the judge through a video conference facility on Monday upon completion of her judicial custody in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case.
Kavitha is currently lodged in Tihar jail in connection with the ED’s Money Laundering case. Her bail petition in that case was scheduled for May 24.
