Dubai: It was a proud moment for a Telangana young adventure enthusiast from Yadradi-Bhongir district, who successfully scaled Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in Africa as part of his mission to promote Indian culture, when he was congratulated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Prime Minister congratulated Pradeep Birkuri, a native of Aleru mandal in Yadradi district, who works in Abuja in Nigeria, for scaling one of the world’s largest mountains, Kilimanjaro in Tanzania recently. Pradeep had displayed Modi’s photo at the highest free-standing mountain above sea level in the world.
Modi signed Pradeep’s photo of scaling of Kilimanjaro mount and lauded his efforts to propagate Indian culture. Modi also shared the picture on X on Sunday.
“It was my dream that in a single frame myself with Modi and also his image to capture, which came true,” Pradeep said.
