MLA Samuel blames Teenmaar Mallanna over viral video, seeks government action

Hyderabad: Tungaturthy MLA M Samuel has alleged that MLC Teenmaar Mallanna was behind a conspiracy to defame him by circulating a video on social media, and urged the State government to initiate stern action against those involved.

This comes after a video, in which the MLA is purportedly heard demanding money from wine dealers, went viral online. On Tuesday, Samuel claimed the video was deliberately recorded to malign his reputation and blackmail him for money.

“The person who shot the video is in Teenmaar Mallanna’s studio. I appeal to the government to initiate action as per law in the entire episode,” Samuel said.
