KTR convinces Warner Bros to establish International Development Centre in Hyderabad – News9 LIVE

Global media giant, Warner Bros. Discovery, will enter the media and entertainment space in Telangana with the establishment of an International Development Centre (IDC). The IDC will provide 1,200 jobs to the citizens of the state, Minister KT Rama Rao said.
This development comes after Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao flew to the USA earlier this week to pursue investments for Telangana.
In a meeting between KTR and Senior V-P (finance) of the company in New York, they expressed their vision of growth and innovation in the media, entertainment sector.
As a part of his business tour, he will participate in business meetings and pursue further investments for the state. He tweeted saying, “Hyderabad is set to witness the launch of their incredible IDC, a hub of creativity and innovation, with a whopping 1200 employees in the first year alone! This milestone marks a significant step towards their expansion plans.”
