Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested seven individuals in a joint operation conducted by the Hyderabad Task Force and Kachiguda police. The investigation revealed that the gang was sourcing ganja consignments from other states and supplying them to local peddlers, who then sold it to consumers in the area.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force along with the Kachiguda police caught seven people who were allegedly involved in sale and transportation of ganja. The police seized 144 kilogram of ganja, seven mobile phones and Rs. 3200 cash from them.
Acting on a tip off, the police caught the seven persons in a joint operation of Hyderabad Task Force and Kachiguda police. The police found the gang was procuring the ganja consignments from other States and supplying to the local peddlers who resold it to local consumers.
In a separate case, two persons who were allegedly possessing and selling ganja along with six consumers were caught by the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force (west) team on Saturday morning at S. R Nagar. Three kilograms of ganja was seized from them.
