The police seized Rs 1.4 lakh in cash and six mobile phones

Hyderabad: The Commissioner’s Task Force (south east) team on Sunday busted a cricket betting racket operating from Dhoolpet and caught three persons. The police seized Rs 1.4 lakh in cash and six mobile phones.
Those apprehended are Vicky Singh (38), V Rakesh (39) and B Sandeep (26), all residents of Dhoolpet.
According to the police, the trio were organising the cricket betting on the ongoing IPL 2025 matches and collecting money from punters through online mode.
On a tip off, the team kept a tab on them and caught them.
