Bank officials say the thieves could have taken away about Rs 17 lakh from the ATM.

Kamareddy: Burglars managed to decamp with Rs 17 lakh in cash after cutting open an ATM machine of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Pitlam town here on Saturday night.
Police said, the thieves, suspected to be an inter-state gang used gas cutters to open the ATM and collected the booty. Bank officials say the thieves could have taken away about Rs 17 lakh from the ATM.
Investigators are examining the CCTV footage.
