LTIMindtree bags $450 million multi-year deal from a global agribusiness firm

LTIMindtree, Bengaluru-based tech firm owned Larsen & Toubro, on Monday (May 12, 2025) said it secured a $450 million multi-year deal from a leader in the global agribusiness sector.

This deal, across seven years, was the largest deal in the history of LTIMindtree, claimed the firm.

As a part of this deal, LTIMindtree would implement an AI-powered operating model to deliver application management, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity services, for the client whose name is not disclosed.

According to a company communique, this comprehensive suite of future-ready IT services, built on platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, as well as proprietary AI frameworks are aimed at enhancing the client’s operational efficiency, scalability, and global growth.
