Accused Bolledu Nithin convicted in the murder case that took place under Penuballi police station limits in 2020

Khammam: The Sixth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sathupally, M Srinivas on Thursday sentenced a man to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 for murdering a young woman, said Sathupally Rural CI Muthalingaiah.
The murder took place under Penuballi police station limits in 2020 and the then investigating officers registered a case and submitted a charge sheet.
After hearing the arguments, the judge sentenced the accused, Bolledu Nithin, to life imprisonment.
Commissioner of Police Sunil Dutt appreciated APP Abdul Basha, the then CIs Suresh Kumar, Ravikumar and Karunakar, current CI Muthalingaiah, Penuballi SI Venkatesh who worked hard to bring the accused to justice in the case.
