The victim’s family approached the police and filed a POCSO case against Fareed

Hyderabad: A local court on Wednesday convicted and sentenced a man to 25 years of imprisonment for sexually assaulting a minor girl.
Mohd Fareed (45), a resident of Basharathnagar in the year 2020 had sexually assaulted a minor girl. After the victim informed about the sexual assualt to a relative, they approached the police and a POCSO case was filed against Fareed.
He was arrested and remanded. After the trail, the court found him guilty and sentenced him 25 year of jail term and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on him.
