Outgoing chairman is retaining his role as a newbuilding broker
Stepping down he might be, but stepping back he won’t.
As soon as Francois Cadiou departed as board chairman of shipbroking group BRS on Thursday, his successor was challenging him to crank up his deal-making among the ranks of newbuilding brokers.
Cadiou stands down after four years as chairman, in line with company practice, after turning 65.
